  11. 2 green chillies
  12. 1 medium size onion chopped
  13. 1 tsp lemon juice
  14. 1-2 tbsp roasted peanuts
  15. Finely chopped green corainder leaves to garnish
  16. Fresh curd to serve as required

Instructions to make to make Phodnicha Bhaat

  1. Add & mix turmeric powder,red chilli powder dhania jeera powder and salt to prepared boiled basmati rice. Keep aside.
  2. In cooking pan add heat oil. Do tempering of mustard seeds cumin seeds as splutter add curry leaves, chopped garlic, onion, green chillies and saute for 2 minutes.
  3. Add prepared spice mixed boiled rice. Add salt, roasted peanuts (I roasted in Airfryer). (you can fry/ roast in cooking pan before adding boiled rice.)
  4. Pour lemon juice, mix gently and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Serve/ Relish Delicious Hot Phodnicha Bhaat with Fresh curd.
