- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1 tbsp red chilli powder
- 2 onions
- 1 tomato
- 1 TSP jafil jawtri powder
- 1 tbsp coriander powder
- 1 TSP turmeric powder
- 1 TSP cumin powder
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 2 tbsp biryani masala (optional)
- 1 TSP chilli flakes
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 cup rice
- 5 cloves
- 2 green cardamom
- 4 Curry leave
- 1 stick cinnamon
- 4 black pepper
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1/4 TSP yellow food color
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tomato
- 1 lemon
- 3 green chillies
Steps to make to make Mutton biryani
- Wash meat add water and salt in pin and add meat in it put it on stove and cook it until meat tenders 90%


- Then separate meat and stock if there is any

- Sliced onions,in pot add sliced onions boiled meat ginger garlic paste



- Mutton stock(you can use water also if you don't have stock) and cook it on medium flame also add tomatoes and red chilli powder





- In yoghurt add jalfil jawtri powder coriander powder turmeric y



- Chilli flakes and cumin powder mix well


- Add youghrt into mutton,cook it also add biryani masala



- Cook until oil separate and qorma becomes dry

- In milk mix yellow food color

- Soak rice for 30 minutes

- In pot add 4 cups water vinegar salt Curry leave green cardamom cloves black pepper,and bring water to boil



- When water start boiling add rice and boil them until 80% done



- In pot first make layer of qorma then rice similarly make 2nd layer



- Put sliced tomatoes lemon and green chillies,also add milk and it on dum for 10 to 15 minutes


- Biryani is ready

- Serve it with salad and raita
