- 1/4 cup cashews, chopped

- Heat ghee or oil in a pan. Add urad dal and chana dal to it. Fry the dal till it becomes pink in colour. Make sure heat is low.
- Now add the chopped chillies, curry leaves, mustard seeds, cumin, asafoetida and chopped cashews.
- Allow it to splutter. Now add turmeric, salt and cooked rice.
- Saute the rice for a minute and remove it from the flame.
- Finally, add curd and milk and combine it properly.
- Lastly, add chopped coriander for garnishing and serve it. You can even carry it in your lunch box.
