  1. Whole wheat aur barley wash kar ke boiled karein jab gal jay to flame off kar dain.
  2. Ek pot mein channay ki daal,moong ki daal,masoor ki daal aur rice boiled kar Lain.
  3. Aik pan mein oil dal kar onion sauth karain phir is mein ginger garlic paste,haldi dal kar bhoonay aur phir meat dal kar cook karain
  4. Phir is me salt,red chilli powder, red chilli flakes, coriander powder, jaifil and javitri powder,
  5. Bay leaves, yogurt, mint leaves,garam masala powder dal kar bhoonay aur pani dal kar cook karain.
  6. Jab meat gal jay to meat nikal Lain aur sharded kar dain.
  7. Phir meat mein daal aur wheat dal kar mix karain aur medium heat per pakain aur mathi se achi trah ghotain ya hand blender se blend kar Lain.
  8. Jab continuously haleem ki trah ho Jay to flame off kar dun aur is mein tarka laga dain.
  9. Ek fry pan mein 1/2 cup oil dal kar onion golden brown kar ke nikal Lein aur oil Daleem mein dal dain.
  10. Aur Daleem ko serving dish mein nikal kar fried onion, green chillies,
  11. Ginger Julian,coriander leaves,mint, lemon slice aur Chaat masala se garnish karain....
