- Heat ghee -butter in a non stick kadhai or pan. Add cumin seeds and crushed spices and saute few seconds



- Add ginger garlic paste and saute 1min.

- Add onion and green chilli and saute till onion turns translucent



- Then add tomato puree and mix well,cover and cook till the fat separates



- Add coriander powder,chilli powder,turmeric powder,and shahi biryani masala, mix and cook for 1-2min.



- Add yogurt mix cover and cook till the fat separates then add salt to taste



- Add some fried onion,some mint leaves,coriander leaves mix and cook for 1min.


- Add paneer and cook for 2 to 3min.


- Spread rice,remaining fried onion,mint leaves,coriander leaves and ghee in the top,



- Add saffron milk,
