  7. 1 tsp Fennel seeds (sabit sonf)
  8. 4-5 cloves(laung)
  9. 1 star Anise (badyan Ka phool)
  10. 1.5 TSP red chilli powder
  11. 1/2 TSP turmeric powder(haldi powder)
  12. 1 tbsp coriander powder (dhania powder)
  13. 1 TSP zeera powder
  14. 1 tsp fennel seeds Powder (sonf powder)
  15. 1/2 TSP nigella seeds Powder (kalonji powder)
  16. 1/2 TSP mustard seeds (Rai dana)
  17. 1/3 TSP fenugreek seeds (Methi Dana)
  18. 2 tbsp Salt or to taste
  19. 2 large Onion SLiced
  20. 2 sliced tomatoes
  21. 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  22. 4-5 green chillies
  23. 1/2 cup yogurt
  24. 1 cup boiled chickpeas
  25. 3 cups soaked rice
  26. 6 cups hot water

Instructions to make to make Achari Chana Pulao

  1. First of all take a large pot add oil in it now add all whole spices (taiz pat,sabit zeera,sonf,laung,Hari elaichi, Bari elaichi,badyan Ka bhool,darcheeni).fry it Little bit.so that oil will absorb aroma of all spices.
  2. Now add sliced onion and fry it untill golden brown.than add ginger garlic paste.bhoonify it.than👇
  3. Add sliced tomatoes in it.mix it untill tomatoes become soft.
  4. Now add spices (red chilli powder,haldi powder,dhania powder,zeera powder,sonf powder,kalonji powder,mustard seeds or Rai dana,methi Dana,and salt)and mix it.
  5. Now add 1/2 cup yogurt bhonify it for 2 minutes.
  6. Now add 1 cup boiled chickpeas.
  7. Now add soaked rice with green chillies.
  8. Mix it and add 6 cups of hot water in it and cover it to cook.
  9. After 10 minutes rice will be done.simmer(dum) it for more 4-5 minutes.
  10. Yummy Achari Chana Pulao is ready to eat.serve with raita and salad.
