- 1 bowl curd
- 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- 5 tbsp Oil approx
- as per taste Salt
- as required Whole garam masala
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- For marination
- 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric
- 1/2 Juice of lemon
- 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
- as required Red food colour optional
- as per taste Salt
- 2 tablespoons curd
- 2 green chillies and coriander crushed
- 1 teaspoon oil
Instructions to make to make Chicken Tikka biryani
- Take chicken wash and marinate with above masala with little oil for 2 hours minimum and cook till it's done, lastly give smoke into chicken

- Take oil add whole garam masala and cumin seeds and let it crackle.

- To this add ginger garlic paste and cook till it turns golden.


- Add chopped tomatoes and cook till mushy.

- Add dry masala now.

- Cook till oil separates and add coriander and green chillies crushed.


- Add curd and leave on sim till oil separates You can add slitted green chillies as well I added two.


- Fry onions and crush them add this to the prepared masala.

- Remove coal and add chicken and leave for 5 minutes or till oil oozes out from the masala.

- Cook rice and pour on the masala if needed add colour to your biryani as it's Tikka biryani I have used colour for the perfect look
