  1. Soak rice for 30 minutes. Boil water add soaked rice and all other ingredients.
  2. Half cook the rice and strain excess water.
  3. Cook mutton with salt and little water for 6 whistle
  4. In a pan heat oil and ghee add clove, bay leaf and cinnamon. Add onions after onions are done add ginger garlic paste and chilli paste.
