  1. Prepare chutney by grinding ginger, garlic, green chilli and coriander leaves.. wash and soak rice for 10min.. prepare tomato puree and keep ready
  2. In a pot add oil and ghee let it heat then add whole spices once change colour add sliced onions cook till light brown
  3. Add vegetables and green chutney mixture cook till it leaves oil then add tomato puree and salt cook nicely till oil oozed..
  4. Add beaten curd, dry powder masala cook nicely till vegetables are half cooked then add rice and double water and let it cook
  5. When 90%is cooked add barista, coriander leaves and cover it cook in low flame till done then serve hot with raita..
