- Soak the rice for 1/2hour
- Soak Nutrila in water and take it out after 15-minute
- Take a Pan,put some oil and make a past of ginger,green chilli,and put in a pan n fry for 3-4minute
- After 4 minute add nutrila and let it fry
- Now add curd and fry it till it leaves the sides and,keep a side
- Take a Cooker or kadhi n put some ghee jeera and hole spices
- Now add rice,salt,red chilli powder,garam masala,water and cook,cook for 4-5 minute when it is half cooked....
- Now add nutrila mixture and lid up the pan for 4-minute
- Now make a 3-4 hole in a rice with the help of spoon and takea bowl,put a 1-tsp milk and add orange colour
- Now put a 2-3 dropes of colour in every hole and cover the cooker with lid and wait for 3-4 minute......
- After 4-minute ready to sarve...
