- 1 small potato,cut in small sizes
- 1 tbsp oil

- First soak rice & soyabean granulesin in water for 20 min, separately
- Take a karahi,put oil in it
- When it got hot put jeera in it until it becomes golden in colour
- Put all the veggies in it & drain the water from soyabean granules& add it in the veggies
- Drain out the water from rice & add it in the veggies with 2 cup of water,salt & grounded black pepper
- Slow down the flame for 20 min,Cover the karahi with lid
- Garnish with paneer or cheese
- Serve hot with yoghurt
