- Rinse the chickpeas / chhole couple of times then soak in water for overnight.
- Take presser cooker add chikpeas / chhole along with 3-4 dried aamla pieces / black tea bag add water salt presser cook for 7-8 whistles.
- Till cook completely. Remove aamla pieces and tea bag from stock.
- Heat oil in pan add chopped onions saute till brown in colour and ginger garlic paste saute add tometoes saute till soften add green chilli add all dry spices mix well
- Add salt add cooked chickpeas add 1.25 cup water / chikpeas stock)
stir and cover with lid simmer gravy. Gravy should be thicken and reduce till semi dry add green coriander leaves - Serve with chapati naan bread roti paratha puri rice.
