- Take beef add ginger garlic paste, whole spices, red chilli powder, sindhi biryani masala, onion, tomato and marinate for 1 hour.



- Now take a pan add oil and add marinated beef and cook until it's done.
- Now add potatoes and cook. Add water if needed.

- Add Yogurt, fried onion and bhunify it completely.



- Now boil rice and start layering.
First layer rice then masala, mint leaves, coriander leaves. - Again and rice,pour kewra water and orange food colour.
- Place it for Dum for about 15 mins.
