Ingredients and spices that need to be Make ready to make Curd Rice:
- 1 cup soaked broken rice
- 11/2 cup curd
- 2 table spoon ghee
- 1 table spoon channa dal & urad dhuli dal
- 1 tea spoon jeera, 2 piece clove
- Salt
- 1/2 tea spoon pepper powder garam masala & chilli powder
- Curry leaf 8 to 10, sabut red chilli 3 piece
- 1/2 lemon juice, 1 table spoon grated beetroot
- 2 table spoon Carrot & capsicum fine chopped
Instructions to make to make Curd Rice
- Wash & soaked rice for 1 hour. Boil it add salt & water till well cooked. Keep it aside for cool.


- Now add curd in rice & mix it. For tarka add ghee in a pan, roast dal on mid flame.now add one by one all dry ingredients.


- This tarka transfer on curd rice bowl. At last add lemon juice. Garnish it with grated beetroot.

- Yummy,tasty & healthy meal is ready. No need any curry, chutney or pickle with it.
