- Add tomatoes n cook until they are soft. Add potato dices n cook for a while. Add all the powdered masalas n some water to cook everything together.



- Add curd n mix well. Add washed rice to the mixture.



- Pour enough water n let it boil. Then cover the lid of the pressure cooker n cook the pulav on low flame for 7 minutes. Dahi pulav is ready.



- Serve it hot n garnish with radish and coriander sprig.
