  16. 3-4 Slit green chillies
  17. Handful Curry leaves
  18. Few onions cubes
  19. 1/2 tsp jeera
  20. 1/2 tsp sarso
  21. 1 tbsp curd
  22. 1 tsp Red colour or Kashmiri Lal mirch

  1. Marinate the chicken for 45 mins.
  2. Coat it with rice flour and cornflour and deep fry them in a kadhai.
  3. In the same karahi, in the left over oil add the tempering and saute till onion are little translucent.
  4. In the same dish in which chicken was marinated add 1 tbsp of curd and mix it well with left over masala adding little water, colour or Kashmiri red chilli powder. Add this to the onion, the fried chicken and give a nice stir and serve.
