  2. 1/2 cup Makki ki flour
  3. 1/2 cup Rice flour
  4. 1 tbsp Oats flour
  5. 1 tbsp Semolina (sooji)

  8. 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli
  9. 1 tsp chopped Ginger

  13. 1/2 cup yoghurt (dahi)
  14. 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  15. 1/2 tsp Nigella seeds (kala jeera)
  16. 1/2 tsp Carom seeds (Ajwain)
  17. 1 tsp Chat masala
  18. 1/3 tsp black salt
  19. 1/3 black pepper power
  20. 1 tsp sugar
  21. to taste Salt
  22. Cooking oil

Instructions to make to make Mix veggies Chilla

  1. Mix all the ingredients (except cooking oil) to make a batter not so thick or not so thin.
  2. Take a nonstick pan. Heat and smear with oil. Spread 2 ladles of batter and spread evenly.
